Apart from juice or eating it directly, you can also preserve pineapple fruit to make pineapple jam. Jam can be used as bread spread or cake filling such as pineapple. Homemade jam is certainly more delicious according to taste and is free of preservatives. If you like textured jam, you can chop the pineapple coarsely. On the other hand, if you like soft jam, you just need to blend it until smooth.
