- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all purpose flour, sifted

Preheat your oven to 375˚F and grease a 9-inch pie pan ( A deep dish pie plate works the best!)
